Min ven vil have at jeg flytter og kan besøge børnene en gang imellem. Er det godt for mig?

Hi,  

I am preparing to move out from the apartment we share with my boyfriend.  

He doesn't want to share the kids, he thinks I should move but come back from time to time to visit him and the kids at his place. I would like to have them every other week with me, ie to share 7/7.  

As it is very difficult to stay together now, I would like to move first without my kids and hope that we will be able to discuss the arrangements with the kids, but I get lots of very scary and threatening messages, that I need to contact you to know about my rights and what can happen to my kids and if I can be at risk of loosing them.  

My concerns is that he is danish and I am not -  I am a Swiss citizen but have lived here since 2007, the kids are 3 and 6 years old, I am willing to let him keep the bopaeladdresse and the boernebidrag.

I am afraid that if I live without them for 1-2 weeks it will be held against me and that it will count as me having abandoned my children.  

Could you please help me find out what is realistic, what could happen and advise me on my next steps?
